Joe Tetrault (retired Marietta Fire) has been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.  He will have surgery very soon. When we have more information we will pass it along.

For those who do no not know, Jeff Quilter (Cobb Fire) has been diagnosed with a Olfactory Groove Meningioma. It is a brain tumor on the frontal part of his brain, a little larger than a golf ball. It is operable and rare that they are malignant. We met with the surgeon yesterday and we are in the process of getting things in order for him to have surgery and take 2-3 month's off of work. It is a slow growing tumor, but because of its size the Doctor doesn't want to wait too long.

We will keep you updated to when the surgery will be. Please keep him in your prayers. Prayers have already helped so very much. Pray for his strength to ride this storm out. He is a strong man, and very positive. He is awesome.

Thanks for all your love and support.

Paula Quilter

The family has requested that folks hold off on calling or visits during the days leading to surgery and during his recovery
