"Woz" Pie

Ingredients;

 

1 - 16 ounce tube of breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean Maple works best)

1 - 16 ounce block of cream cheese

2 - Cans of croissant rolls

 

Fry up sausage, breaking into small pieces and drain.  Add cream cheese to the hot pan, add drained sausage and mix completely.  Remove one tube of croissants and unroll (do not break apart) on cooking sheet. Place sausage/cream cheese mix on rolled out croissants then place second tube of croissants over pinching the edges closed.  Cook per croissant instructions.
